Pay Per Call
You will only be billed for the actual ‘valuable’* calls you received .
No fixed fees. No subscriptions. No retainers. No commitments. No hassle. No deposits. No credits.
Invoices
At the end of every month you will receive an overview showing only the ‘valuable’* calls.
This may include termination costs - if you have chosen to use that service (i.e. audio connections to landlines and GSM).
The invoice is payable within 5 working days.
Trust
We have
adopted a policy that is based on honnesty and mutual trust. You do not pay us anything upfront. You will not be charged
for sessions with a duration of less than 30 seconds (*‘valuable’ calls). This will enable you to terminate any nuissance call
and the non-productive calls in a timely fashion.
We trust you and we expect the same in return. We reserve the right to work with mystery shoppers. We reserve the
right to terminate the service instantly at any time, without prior notice, if misuses or abuses of any nature are reasonably
suspected or if payments are not settled correctly.
