Installing and using Attended By Humans is very simple.

Because the system resides in the cloud, there is hardly any installation involved.

The users of the service do not need to download software.

The agent (i.e. the individual who will provide the service) and the Visitor of the website, will open their communication application in the cloud.

Requirements for good quality are: a good camera (30fps for agent), a microphone, speakers, audio card, video card, sufficient CPU power and and memory, network bandwidth, no firewall or other obstacles inhibiting the connection, correct settings on the PC.


What is technically required?

Hardware

If you use your own PC in the back office:

Make sure it has a powerfull processor and sufficient available memory.
Audio card, headset with microphone, camera Logitech C920.
Good frontal and overhead lighting. Neutral background.



Internet

We recommend high speed Internet with sufficient upload capacity. Given enough bandwidth, the system will also work using WiFi and 4G.
However ADSL (and other types of low capacity Internet connections) and 3G may not suffice for the video application.
This may however be sufficient to use the 'audio-only' connection mode.
